Shipping Information

1. Shipping Methods We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for most of our shipments. However, depending on the size and destination of your order, we may also use UPS or FedEx.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

• Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 2 hours.

5. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S. [OR Provide details on international shipping if applicable].

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Dual Chic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages Dual Chic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
